Turning capabilities include up to 9 axis to produce cylindrical products and features with diameters up to 20” diameter and 48” long from materials including but not limited to: Aluminum, Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Plastics. Our turning processes have up to 4″ through hole capacity and are capable of meeting tolerances in the .0001” or .001 micron range while achieving desired process capability indices.
